Return Conditions

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Due to hygiene standards, used or opened hair extensions are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
